While it is possible to save files to your student drive (AKA your H: drive), you might find it more useful to either:

  • Email a file (as an attachment) to yourself
  • Save a file using a common cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. Students of MCC are eligible for a free Office 365 account that includes one terabyte of OneDrive storage.


If you use one of the above options you won’t be limited to accessing a file on a campus computer.
